WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

  • the right to access data – you have the right to obtain from LOGOS CORPORATE SRL a confirmation that personal data concerning you are processed or not, as well as access to the respective data; at the same time, you can obtain a copy of the personal data provided to our company and which are subject to processing; for any other copies requested by you, LOGOS CORPORATE SRL may charge a reasonable fee, based on administrative costs; if you enter the application in electronic format and unless you request another format, the information will be provided to you in a commonly used electronic format;
  • the right to rectification – you have the right to obtain the rectification by LOGOS CORPORATE SRL of inaccurate personal data, as well as the right to obtain the completion of personal data that are incomplete; LOGOS CORPORATE SRL will communicate to each recipient to whom the personal data have been disclosed any rectification thereof, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate efforts and will inform you about these recipients, if you request this work;
  • the right to delete data – you have the right to obtain from LOGOS CORPORATE SRL the deletion of personal data concerning you, without undue delay, and LOGOS CORPORATE SRL has the obligation to delete such data, when: (i) personal data they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed; (ii) you withdraw your consent on the basis of which the processing takes place and there is no other legal basis for the processing; (iii) you object to the processing and there are no legitimate reasons prevailing in respect of the processing; (iv) personal data have been processed unlawfully; (v) personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation incumbent on LOGOS CORPORATE SRL under Union law or Romanian law; LOGOS CORPORATE SRL will communicate to each recipient to whom the personal data have been disclosed any deletion of them, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate efforts and will inform you about these recipients, if you request this work;
  • the right to restrict the processing – you have the right to obtain from LOGOS CORPORATE SRL the restriction of processing if you are in one of the following cases: (i) contest the accuracy of the data, for the period that allows LOGOS CORPORATE SRL to verify the accuracy of the data; (ii) the processing is illegal and you object to the deletion of personal data, requesting in return the restriction of their use; (iii) LOGOS CORPORATE SRL no longer needs personal data for the purpose of processing, but you request them for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in court; or (iv) you have objected to the processing for the period of time in which it is verified whether the legitimate rights of LOGOS CORPORATE SRL prevail over your rights; LOGOS CORPORATE SRL will communicate to each recipient to whom the personal data have been disclosed any restriction of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate efforts and will inform you about these recipients, if you will request this;
  • the right to data portability – you have the right to receive your personal data, in the manner in which they were provided to LOGOS CORPORATE SRL, in a structured format, currently used and which can be read automatically and to transmit these data to another operator, under certain conditions; in order to exercise this right, you have the right to have your personal data transmitted directly from LOGOS CORPORATE SRL to another operator when this is technically feasible;

The information provided, as well as any communication and measures taken in the exercise of your above rights are provided by LOGOS CORPORATE SRL free of charge. Thus, in case the requests you formulate are considered unfounded or excessive due to a repetitive character, LOGOS CORPORATE SRL can:

  • (i) either charge a fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication or of taking the requested measures;
  • (ii) either refuse to comply with the request.

Please note that by accepting this agreement, your personal data will be processed by LOGOS CORPORATE SRL according to this Personal Data Processing Policy.
